Border North Trailer Company is owned and operated by the Keller family; a third generation family in the modular industry.

With years of experience and the background in the modular industry we can provide you with the best possible services. Border North Trailer Co. founded in the summer of 2020 started as a division of Need A Lift Truck Services Ltd.

Our first steps landed us in the old sawmill yard in Bridesville B.C. After a couple renovations and securing two 44 man dorms we quickly realized we out grew our location and needed to move closer to our Need A Lift Truck shop in Oliver B.C.

Need A Lift found itself a small parcel of industrial land in Okanagan Falls B.C. The site was a downgrade in size but with location and resources closer we had the opportunity to grow our staff and cliental. 

​

Only a year later we had outgrown our space again and secured a 6 acre lot in 2022 perfect for growing into the future. In the Fall of 2023 we contracted KD Construction to flatten the entire lot gaining full working access and maximizing storage space on the lot. Now able to land multiple dorms and complexes we could market ourselves as a full turnkey supplier.

The year of 2024 we started the process of pulling permits on shops and storage buildings. In the Fall of 2024 we installed water and sewer services that are now ready for the Spring of 2025.

We are excited to continue to grow in 2025 and hopes of all permits being completed and standing a few covered shelters for our staff.
